Training for the London Marathon 2012 by slap13

Well it started off ok , we were meeting at my house at 9am then going to do an 18 mile run .Then Dom txt and said that his soccer team needed him and so he was going to stop after a while to go play soccer ! Duh ! He need'nt have bothered cos after only 5 miles he was finding it hard to keep up , only because on Saturday he'd played football and been kicked so his leg was sore . Anyway he turned back after 6 miles , did'nt play football but now wants to do a few runs ! bit late me thinks ! but thats that . John and myself ran quite well making a few good efforts on the hilly course , luckily the final few miles are down hill and then flat for the last 2 miles . Finishing time for 18 miles 2 hours 30 mins , not bad ! 

Tuesday saw us doing a 5.5 mile run with a bit of speed finishing in just over 42 mins , again not too bad .

Wednesday ... aint running in this f*^k that for a game a cricket !!!

Any one got a pair of SNOW shoes I could borrow ?
