Smull's London Marathon 2010 by smull

This Sunday is the big one for me folks. The Sub 4 Stafford 20 Mile running race. This will be the furthest I have run in my life and is my penultimate 'long' run before the marathon in April.
If I don't make it my marathon will be in serious doubt (in terms of a non stop run that is, I will finish regardless of what time I do it in).
I am really nervous, in fact I'm shitting bricks. Think of me as you tuck into your roast beef. I'll be running for just under 4 hours (all being well), burning around 3500 calories and asking myself how I got myself into this (again).
