Good Start to the Day

Well I've got the day off to a good start so lets hope I can keep it up with what I eat today. When to the gym at 6.30am for a 20 min abs class then did a 20 hill session on the treadmill followed by a 30 min circuit class. Was nearly ready to drop by the end - think I enjoyed it though.
