Good Start to The Week
Morning all. Hope you had a good weekend. I've made a good start to the week by going to the gym for an hour at lunchtime. I did a 40 min weights and ab sessions followed by 20 minutes high intensity training on the treadmill - I went flat out for 30 secs and then recovered for 30 secs. Was sweating a bit at the end but I enjoyed it.
Didn't manage to get out running much last week due to the strong winds. Hopfully it won't be has bad this week so I will be out to get out for my minimum 3 runs.
