10K or not 10K by spudz

Afternoon everyone.  Hope your all well and the running is going okay.  Though I'd better post has I haven't been on for a bit.  Don't seem to get chance to post has much now a days.  Went out for a little run at lunchtime by the canal which was nice, although part of the route back is by the side of a busy road which isn't quite has nice.  Managed to do 5.71 miles in 45mins 39sec which wasn't too bad.  It was a bit warm even though the sun wasn't shinning.  Still hopefully all that sweating will have made me loose a few pounds.
