Sleep running...
Mar1820108:52 p.m.
...is a skill I need to develop. Far too tired today but forced myself to run home from work. 7 miles to get through, first mile for warm up but as it’s downhill, it’s not too bad. Then ran as fast as pavements and self would allow – it’s not even about legs cause I don’t think it’s my legs that are tired, well they are a bit but not as tired as my head which has been crying out for more sleep all day.
In my haste to get home faster, I ended up doing my fastest time yet: 1hr 5 mins. That’s 2 mins faster than the last fastest time. So not bad for someone who is only fit for bed. On that note, I’m going to go for a lie down shortly, which will probably end in me waking up tomorrow morning.
I’m behind on my Eddie watching so I will have to resort to the small screen that is the iplayer.
Here’s to sleep running! Night all.
