Last proper run done today. 5.5 miles at marathon pace (which seems to be changing everytime I run). Took a while to get into running rythmn though and then felt like I could plod for ever.
Massive congrats to Northernsouthermonkee (my bro in the yellow on the pic) who completed the Paris marathon today in 3hr 55mins, much quicker than he expected. I hope this trait runs in the family for next Sunday !!!Watched it on Eurosport today ,didnt see him but it looked a great event. Was looking at the VLM press pack last night for celebs that are also running, seems to be a wide cross section from Alex Reid to Trevor Sinclair and Ed Balls to DC Mickey Webb and Susanah Reid to some people off TOWIE !
Now off to load some carbs this week !!!
