Steady but worthwhile 6miles 'banked' tonight. Went out about 6pm, up A6, lytham road, brook street, aqueduct street, a6, moor park ave, round the footy ground, watling street road, victoria road, a6 home ! Bit random as hadnt planned a route beforehand.

Had a good chat to northernsouthernmonkee about training and race day plans last night, also found someone else at work who is doing the VLM and she is also doing the run in Blackpool on Sunday.

Olly Murs and One Direction tickets on sale in next couple of days, not sure if I will survive if tickets arent purchased for either !

Frank Carson has died , great old school joke teller.
