Took the opportunity to get out this morning, went at about 10am and completed 11.5miles ! Went up the A6 to Whittingham Lane then along past the Guild Lodge and turned down Brabiner Lane and came back through Haighton and down Durton Lane. Was good for mental strength as hardly anyone about, the country roads were deserted and had no music. No wind or rain either which made it quite pleasant !
Most parts of legs now aching and a sign of blisters on the bottom of feet, putting that down to using old running socks (mistake).
Just polished of a gammon dinner and Happy Mondays are reforming, a good day all round
.
Light / gentle run tomorrow probably.
