I had a day off today after a speed session last night and am also going to take a day off tomorrow as I'm doing my long run on Friday. I'm ITCHING to get out there tomorrow and seriously considering doing a sneaky wee run anyway. Once you've got the first few sessions under your belt you'll be flying!' added 24th Nov 2011

Get yourself a training plan (places like Runners World website have them), which will probably start around Christmas time, and between now and then get yourself gradually to a level of fitness that is required for the start of the plan!! And having run VLM 2010, take the training seriously and then you will have one of the most memorable times of your life in April!!' added 24th Nov 2011
