well thats 3 miles done yesterday and another 3 miles done today i am eating the bananas again and pasta to try and build myself up for the running feel washed out and tired but im persevering with it .. not sure how i am gonna up the distance as i dont feel like i have got it in me so im sticking to short regular runs untill fitness returns to me hope you are all well suzanne :-)
