the meeting and other stuff

We had the meeting today about the challenge we had a abig crowd and it was alittle scary. but sherry (the nurse) it turns out is nice the one who thought of the challenge. she gave us some helpful information. Diet m drinks have too much sodium except diet rite to drink so i need to get diet rite pop from now on. That leaves me with about 8 diet cokes to drink still. Although no pop is the best case secenerio really. if you can do it. i weighin 5lbs heavier than 4 weeks ago at wwatchers. 165. i had plenty of drinks in side though and breakfast. i hadnt fasted or anything. there was two weight watchers ladies there jana mcfadden and her mom from the point. i did strength trainin g 20 min and 30 min of dance and tae bo this morning. also, at the meeting was two ther ladies from cbh that i knew they didnt stay and get weighed afterwards. i thought they might have been checking up on me but i doubt it. started on core today havent gotten groceries yet will later today. getting tired bye
