Feeling jelly like!

May3120105:50 p.m.

I don't know what's wrong with me, I've just put a post on 2009 blog!

I haven't trained since the 5k which was the 23rd of May so it's been a while!

When I don't train for a while my legs, bottom and stomach get jelly like! wired but true.

Steve starts late tomorrow so will do a run then. Not to sure what to do, My knee has been achy this week so don't know if I should go straight into a long run after a rest or do a shorter run, what do you think?

Right, I must go and feed the monkeys. They have the week off and I have to find things to do with them. I'm off to the cinema on Wed to watch Street Dance!!

I'll report back tomorrow with my run details! x

And as for things turning to jelly, I know that feeling lol. Though my tummy is permanently jelly like now. Not a lot I can do about that now though :(' added 31st May 2010
