My Recovery Continues
Jun06200710:26 p.m.
Tonite I pushed the mileage up to 5 miles. I was hoping to get a sub 40 minutes and did it with a 37:18. It was hard work tho, but at least it would equate to just over 45 minutes for the 10km, so I am getting there.
My next two runs will both be 10km, my timings will be back around the 48 minutes tho as my training circuits are VERY hilly. it is good workout for the Glutes tho.
