I ran (mostly) six miles this morning. It took just over an hour. I ran the first two and a half mile circuit without walking. There were moments when the quitter in me piped up "in a few seconds I'm walking" but today, a marginally stronger voice managed to convince me I could push on and complete the lap.  I didn't take on the hill for the second time and took quite a long stroll, becoming convinced that today's run would not be as successful as I'd hoped. But my breathing settled down and on I plodded. I added on the extra mile loop and, after checking my time, walked half a mile to warm down.  Happy with my weekend's run again. I hope all yours are good too. Oh yeah! My Garmin arrived this morning, just too late for me charge up and use today. Can't wait to give it a whirl on Monday though! Oh yeah! One more thing.. At this moment Chelsea are 3-0 up at half-time! It's ALL good.
