Could I do it?

I have a place to run in the Greenwich run to the beat half marathon next Sunday and well I haven't trained. I have done a few 6/7 mile runs over the last few weeks plus shorter ones. Have done a lot of swimming - normally swim at a good pace for 45 - 50 mins and 2 weeks ago did the Richmond-Windsor bike ride of 38 miles. I ran the London Marathon in April so 13 miles doesn't seem as daunting but I know it is a long way when I haven't trained. In a nutshell - I am fit but am I fit enough? Do I still have the endurance I had in April? I would appreciate advice on what to do?? It doesn't bother me too much if I don't do it but watching the Great North run on TV this morning I am thinking I would quite like to now...
