Post Marathon

Now that it has been 6 weeks since the FLM I can truely say it took a while to recover. I suffered from a bout of stomach problems for about 3-4 weeks after the race and often got stiches when running. Starting swimmming again has helped a lot as my body is not just running now - but it is odd how your body reacts. I am going running today as soon as my breakfast has gone down and we'll see once I get started whether for half hour or an hour as am sleepy! I am running a 100m race on Tuesday @ sports day - that is very different from 26 miles - don't think I will be that fast!
