This is just a quick post to wish our Berlin Bolt a fair wind and enough luck for his mighty challenge this weekend.

He's back off to Cyprus for a second crack at a technical and gruelling 80km ultra in the mediterranean heat. You may remember his brave attempt last year ended at 68km, just 12km short of the finish line. To go back for more and to finish the job goes to show the spirit and determination that he has. There's a cow bell presented to each finisher, if you dont make it to the end you dont get the bell, I want to hear that bell ringing in Snowdon later this year!
