Training Schedules and pace

So I was looking for training schedules and Runner's world never let me down before.  I logged on to Runner's World Smart Coach but I have a question: the running pace on the plan is never less than a 10 minute mile. I want to be able to do my next half marathon in sub-2hrs, is this pace ok to train at or should I look for one which trains at a faster pace?
