Managed a ploddy 5.5 miles this afternoon - a bit of light relief between intense work laptop sessions. It felt good I'm pleased to say, and has raised my confidence of being able to complete my planned long run at the weekend. Todays run felt easy and not tiring at all - in stark contrast with how crap i felt after the same distance on Sunday. These energy dip things happen, I know, but i wish they wouldn't!!!
