Well the run leg of my sprint tri in a few weeks is 5k so thought i would do a 3 miler the day as most training of late has just been distance marathon stuff.Total time out running was just short of 21 mins so a good pace of 7 min/miling with a heart rate of 164 bpm may do a swim session and run tomorrow depending on if sons school is on strike or not will have to wait out till the day to find out training going well at moment.
