LONG SLOW RUN.

Well last night shift over the day only had 4hrs sleep but up and out for long run of just over 17 miles at 8.30 min/mile pace so good training run of 2:25 working at 76% max so well happy with that off a night shift.Tomorrow looking at a 50 miler bike ride with some tri pals so good training this weekend.
