Life got in the way a bit last weekend (my little girl's birthday, visitors, party, trip to see cBeebies Live!!) so had to delay my final LSR to this weekend. And now it's done. YEY!! I can't believe we are on the final 2 week countdown. Wowzers.
My run wasn't as good as I'd hoped (nor was the LSR before that if I'm honest) but have decided it's too late to worry or do anything about it now. I am turning my mind to what to eat/drink over the next 2 weeks, and the nitty gritty of what to take with me on race day etc. I feel the need to write a list ...
