New year new challenge

Today i picked up my training, with only 4 weeks to go until my Aquathlon,

So today had me doing 400m warm up easy, 8x25m modarate pace, with 30sec rest, 2x75m steady with 45sec rest, 4x25m steady but i did fastish with 40sec rest, 200m cool down, I  then did another 250m steady swim this time trying out a pullbouy  and using just my arms to move foward and practice my breathing, then a float for just legs, this i found didnt work as wasnt moving, have now looked at a video and will try out on Thursday.

Swimming was followed by half an hour in the gym doing upper body workout.
