Today was fun and a bit embarasing, had thought i would swim in another pool, but due to bad traffic i ended going straight to work,
This morning had me doing 2x100m warm up with 30sec rest, 4x50m with a pullbouy with 20sec rest, 4x25m kicking, found that if I bend my legs a little then I moved down the pool at a steady pace, 4x50m modatate pace with 20sec rest, the cool down had to be missed due to the lanes finishing.
Gym had me working on my back, shoulder,
