A very wet-warm, warm-wet, wet-warm run today with (very welcome) heavy showers cooling my hot ‘n’ humid shuffle.
Plagued with lethargy & back ache this wasn’t my most convincing run but with temperature high & humidity over 70% I’m just happy to get the miles in the bank.
I think I need to add some speed training into the mix as (whilst I’ll never be fast) I am slower than I want/need to be. I’d like to be back down to 12 minute miles of which I know I’m capable. Any suggestions for beginner’s speed training guys?
