History brought to life; the Athens Marathon is the original marathon finishing in the legendary stadium where the first Olympic games of the modern era took place in 1896. The route boasts such famous heritage sites as the Marathon Tomb and attracts runners from all over the world to be part of history. Sold out for general entry in less than 36 hours - secure your spot on the start line, running for a charity close to your heart. Please note, there is a time limit of 8 hours.
