I have started getting slight pain at the back of my heels, the bottom of the foot feels fine, my achilles feels fine too, any ideas what to do about this? Many thanks.

With any injury you really should seek the advice of a qualified professional so make an appointment with a physiotherapist or equivalent so that they can properly assess your issue.

The doctor told me I have bursitis of the gluteus and said it would clear up in a couple of weeks. I am frustrated because I can not run. Is there anything in the meantime to speed up the recovery, it is nearly two weeks with the injury but no improvement.

I run about one and half miles and I'm training for a marathon and I'm starting to feel a pull like some tendon going into my groin is causing me a burning pain and I have to stop by 4.5 miles. What do you suggest?
