The ultimate combo of our Stay At Home series of Virtual Challenges. With our guided 30-day training plans, you’ll achieve the following fitness goals:
• 10,000 daily steps
• 140 squats
• Five minute plank
• 50 press-ups
The combo pack comes with four separate training plans to help you reach each of your goals by gradually increasing your abilities every day. There are rest days included, so you’ll always have the energy you need.
You’ll use your 30-day training plans to record your progress in each of the challenges along the way. Once you’ve finished the challenges, send us your completed training logs as proof that you’ve mastered each exercise, and we’ll send your medal out to you.
