Want to build a stronger core from the comfort of your own home? Take on our Virtual Plank Challenge to develop your plank skills and earn a medal in the process. You’ll qualify for the medal once you can plank for five minutes in a day, with a 30-day plan that will help you gradually build up your time. As well as your medal you’ll be rewarded with better posture, reduced back pain, and improved performance in a range of other sports that benefit from core strength.

Your 30-day plank training plan will build you up from complete plank novice to being able to plank for five minutes in a day. It includes all the tips you’ll need about perfect plank form, plus tell you when to take all-important rest days.

You’ll use your 30-day plank training plan to record your progress along the way. Once you’ve finished the challenge, send us your completed training log as proof that you’ve mastered the plank, and we’ll send your medal out to you.
