Squats are the perfect exercise for building lower body strength and strengthening your glutes. It’s strength that will transfer into a range of other exercises, giving you the explosive power you need to run or cycle faster. Gradually build up the number of squats you can do, and by the time you’ve reached the goal of 140 squats in a day, you’ll qualify for a stunning medal to show you’ve completed our Virtual Squat Challenge.
