After a disjointed few weeks training due to calf muscle and foot problems, today was my first run back ‘on the horse’. It was also my longest non stop run for 16 days.
It was a relatively positive run but I do still feel that my right calf is weak. Whether that is in my head or not, I dunno 🤷🏻♂️ I guess we’ll see.
I must now build up slowly (again) in preparation for this small jog I have in London at the end of April. (Coronavirus permitting).
