Back On The Horse (Again)!

Posted on: 10 Mar 2020

After a disjointed few weeks training due to calf muscle and foot problems, today was my first run back ‘on the horse’. It was also my longest non stop run for 16 days.

It was a relatively positive run but I do still feel that my right calf is weak. Whether that is in my head or not, I dunno 🤷🏻‍♂️ I guess we’ll see.

I must now build up slowly (again) in preparation for this small jog I have in London at the end of April. (Coronavirus permitting).

Disclaimer: At no point during the run was I on a horse.

If you’d like to support me in my lunacy (and support Muscular Dystrophy UK in the process) please clicky the linky:

Until next time, keep on running!

Love and hugs and stuff,
Andy
